About Us

Eastsun Overseas was started operation in 1995 and later began the export of garments in 1999 in the last decade and a half. Eastsun has became a leading player in the export of knitted garments. What started in a small scale is today a government recognized export house producing nearly 20000 pcs/day with the latest imported machineries. At present the company has touched a group turnover of around $20 million and by 2017 it is expected to touch $25 million. Undoubtfully the world of apparels is a very exciting and challenging one given the economic factors at play and the dynamic fashion scenario of global market.

Infrastructure

We’ve been providing great infrastructure and best working environment.

Printing

We have a large printing department with imported printing machines. It contains two MHM S-Type Plus, one MHM E-Type, one MHM 4000, eight manual printing, fifteen FUSING and two curring machines.

Embroidery

We have dedicated Embroiding department with advanced embroiding machines. And we have six TAJIMA 9 colours and two TAJIMA 12 colours machines.

Cutting

In our Cutting department we have one AUTO CUTTER, two SPREADER, five BAND KINFES and ten STRAIGHT KNIFES with quality and experienced workers.

Checking

Checking is the most important process in garments and here there are several employes are avilable to make sure that products are free from defects. The final checking is done by passing products to six conveyor needle detectors.

Sewing

In our sewing department we have 350 SINGLE NEEDLE, 110 FLAT LOCK, 280 OVER LOCK and 50 SPECIAL MACHINES.
